April Business Meeting Highlights
- Glenn Echols was elected to serve a five-year term as an Administrative Officer.
- The Policies and Procedures Manual for the Decorating and Special Events Committee was approved.
- Two amendments to the bylaws were presented for reading only. Both amendments will serve to define “immediate family” as it pertains to membership on certain committees. Discussion and voting will take place at the May business meeting.
- Rev. Connie Cruze, Mary Gilley, Karen Simmons, and Pat Tickle were elected to serve as messengers to the RVBA Spring Meeting on April 28, 2026 at Oakland Baptist Church.
- The Audit Committee announced the completion of the 2025 audit which found the church’s financial records to be complete and accurate.
