Save the Date: Summer Social
Melrose Baptist is inviting all church members, friends, and the community to join us for a sweet celebration for the start of summer on Wednesday, June 25 from 6-7 PM. There will be FREE ice cream floats available, and we will spend time in fellowship as we enjoy the start of this special season. Please feel free to invite family members, friends, and neighbors.
Kasinga Family Pounding
As you know, Pastor Trice and his family have just purchased their first home. It is a Christian tradition to hold a "Pounding" for a pastor and his family by providing a pound of (weight) of groceries, pantry staples, or household items to the pastor and his family as a way of welcoming them and to stock their new home.

To that end, a "Pounding" Tree with gift tags that identify items that would be of benefit to Pastor Trice and his family in the hallway outside the Sanctuary. Please take a gift tag from the tree, purchase the specified item, and then place the gift under the tree with the gift tag attached. These items should not be wrapped, but should be in a grocery bag to prevent leakage.

If you purchase a gift card or prefer to make a monetary donation, please deliver these items to the Church Office with the corresponding gift tag or a notation of "Trice Pounding".

All gifts and donations must be returned to the church by Wednesday, July 2, 2025 so that we can get everything packed up to deliver to Pastor Trice during the communion service in July.

Thank you in advance for your support of this mission. If you have any questions about this project, please contact Pastor Greg or Stephanie Cook.
