November Business Meeting Highlights

1. The following Policies and Procedures Manuals were approved:
Facilities Use Committee
Personnel Committee
WMU Director
Audit Committee
Historian Eagle Eyrie

2. The following amendment to the church bylaws was presented for consideration. A vote will be taken at the January Business meeting. It currently reads:

Article III, Section 4, C3
Benevolence Committee: This committee will consist of three (3) members who will work with the ministerial staff to respond to requests for assistance.

Motion is to amend to the following:
Benevolence Committee:  All benevolence requests will be handled by the ministerial staff.

3. The Business meeting for December 2025 has been cancelled.
